Angela J. Green, MSW, is a visionary servant leader and nationally respected strategist in human services with over 25 years of executive experience across nonprofit, state, and federal systems. She most recently served as Regional Administrator for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where she led initiatives across six states and 35 Tribal Nations to strengthen whole-family well-being, expand economic mobility, and improve service delivery systems. Her signature work includes launching the National Convening on Building an Inclusive Human Services System, advancing housing solutions for trafficking survivors, and leading the Midwest Economic Mobility Summit—recognized nationally as an incubator for state innovation. Angela holds a Master of Social Work from Indiana University and is a Senior Executive Fellow with Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
