The HIV Prevention Planning Group (HPPG) is a diverse group of 35 volunteers who develop an HIV prevention plan for the city of Chicago and oversee how the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) implements it. The HPPG works with communities to identify HIV prevention needs and address gaps in HIV prevention services.
