    We operate three STI specialty clinics to diagnose and treat common sexually-transmitted infections and provide partner services. Residents can also pick up free condoms and learn more about other HIV prevention methods like PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis).
  • WIC and Nutrition for Families
    The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, commonly known as WIC, is a federally funded program that helps ensure a healthier generation by providing prescriptive, nutrient dense foods, targeted nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and linkage to primary and preventive care.

Notifying your sex and/or needle-sharing partners is one of the many FREE services offered by the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH).

Healthcare Access Programs
