COVID-19 Vaccine Finder
COVID-19 vaccines are widely available throughout the city, including at doctors’ offices, hospitals, pharmacies, community health centers, City-operated clinics, pop-up locations, and other special events. Vaccine is available to everyone at no cost, regardless of insurance or immigration status. However, where you get your vaccine may be different. Listed below are ways to get your COVID-19 vaccine.

If You Have...

Private Insurance
Visit your pharmacy or doctor’s office. Be sure to bring your insurance card, as the provider will need to submit a claim to your insurer.

Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs)
To find an FQHC with no cost vaccines, visit findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov (call ahead to make sure they have vaccine) or call the City’s Hotline at 312-746-4835.

Select pharmacies are offering vaccines through the CDC Bridge Access Program. Visit vaccines.gov (English) or vacunas.gov (en español) and check Bridge Access Program.
