In response to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Chicago has joined the State of Illinois in issuing a Stay at Home order effective Saturday, March 21st at 5pm CT. In addition, City of Chicago facilities are closed to the public. Staff are prioritizing essential services to protect the health and safety of our residents and employees. As such, we may be delayed in responding to non-essential inquiries and service requests. Thank you for choosing the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) for your sexual health needs. The CDPH provides testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) at the Specialty Clinics.
At the time of registration, we ask that patients present with two items:
All STI Clinics are walk-in only. Appointments are not accepted. Patients are seen on a “first come, first serve basis.” If you need to be seen by a clinician, it is best that you arrive to the clinic before noon.
Once the patient maximum has been met for the day, patients can still have lab tests drawn (lab tests only). However, to receive lab tests, you must arrive to the clinic one hour before closing.
Clinic closes at 4pm, you must arrive no later than 3pm.
Clinic closes at 5pm, you must arrive no later than 4pm.
Clinic closes at 6pm, you must arrive no later than 5pm.
