About the Venue
Malcolm X College is a learning and assessment-centered community college that empowers students of diverse backgrounds and abilities to achieve academic, professional, and personal success. It is one of Chicago’s state-of-the-art, LEED Gold certified facilities and the seat of STEM education in the city.
This year’s conference will take place in conference rooms 1106-1108, fully accessible from the parking garage or from Jackson boulevard. Wireless, high-speed Internet access is available throughout the college. The network is CCCFREE, and no password required, but you must agree to terms and conditions when prompted to accept. Charging stations are located on all floors throughout the building. Bicycle racks are available inside of the parking garage (first floor) and near the south side (Jackson Boulevard) main entrance.

Malcolm X College is located just off the I-290 Damen exit. For driving directions, visit maps.google.com. For garage entry directions, review the image below. Vehicles can access the college’s parking garage from Jackson Boulevard, Wolcott Street, or Wood Street. Take a parking ticket to enter, and use a validated ticket to exit. Tickets will be validated inside the building on arrival or before departure from the conference.
