This RFP will support a total of four geographically based CRSCs aligned with areas of high reentry need.

Clients may receive monthly or quarterly distribution of senior food boxes and target outcomes will include an overall self-reported decrease in food insecurity.

The Department of Family and Support Services (DFSS) Division on Gender-based Violence (DGBV) seeks applications from organizations to provide the financial administration and to coordinate the housing placement and support services for survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) and/or human trafficking (HT). These survivors include individuals or households fleeing GBV and/or HT and as a result, are living in temporary, unstable living situations, in shelter, or on the street.

The Department of Family and Support Services (DFSS) Division on Gender-Based Violence (DGBV) seeks applications from an organization to provide Emergency Financial Assistance in the form of cash assistance to survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) and/or human trafficking (HT) in Chicago. The ideal Respondent (“Program Administrator”) will have demonstrated experience and the resources needed to manage the end-to-end participant experience while implementing the following overall components: community outreach and education, application verification and selection, and payment distribution and management.

The Department of Family and Support Services (DFSS) Division on Gender-Based Violence (DGBV) seeks applications from organizations to provide prevention education on gender-based violence (GBV) and/or human trafficking (HT) that is tailored and culturally specific for the public with a focus in Chicago community areas that are most affected by GBV/HT based on data. The goal of the GBV/HT Prevention Education Program is to ensure the current and future safety and stability of survivors through awareness education and providing resources for further assistance and support directly to individuals in the community.
