Request a TV Time Slot or Advertising

The following is the procedure to request a time slot on Cable25:

Read the Standards for the Use of Cable25. (Arabic/Mandarin/Polish/Spanish/Tagalog)
Complete all forms within the Standards for the Use of Cable25 document
Deliver the forms with a completed program link-to-file. No pilot shows or "teaser" mini-versions of shows will be considered. Please call 312-744-6516 with questions.
